Answer: It means to get new friends.

When being a good neighbor, you can do many great things, like getting new friends from helping them with something. I can be a good neighbor by greeting others if they are new. I can also be a good neighbor by getting along and being nice. This could all help you generally earn respect and trust. Most of this can teach yourself how to talk to people. You could be the best neighbor on the block you could be the super neighbor.
